Our Programs
We believe that each family deserves quality care in an inclusive environment for their children. Our pedagogy is based on child-centered approaches and play –based learning to foster children’s development. We believe in being reflective teachers where we observe children’s play and interactions and provide opportunities for children based on these observations. Children are empowered to be independent, active participants in their education and development. In a trusting environment children can build strong relationships, share responsibilities, develop opinions and interests, resolve conflicts constructively, listen carefully and respectfully and work together with early childhood educators, peers, and their community.
We believe that we are not separate but part of a larger community. We work in partnership with École Stanley Knowles School and support local businesses. We consistently meet with the school to ensure positive partnership. We value feedback and are open to collaborating.
